This site is operated by Azhar Rafiq, an individual based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
1. Who is the controller?

2. What data we collect
- Order data — your name, WhatsApp number (E.164 format), and a payment screenshot you upload. Collected when you place an order.
- Analytics data — page views, referrers, approximate location (country/city), device type, and session duration, collected via Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may transfer this data to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Order data — contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) UK/EU GDPR): necessary to fulfil your order.
- Analytics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): only loaded after you click "Accept analytics".
4. How long we keep data
Order data is kept for up to 2 years for record-keeping, then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months (default GA4 setting).
5. Who we share data with
- Google LLC — analytics (if consented). Google Privacy Policy.
- No other third parties. Data is never sold.
6. Your rights
Under UK/EU GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights email azhar.komodo@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority (EU).
7. Cookies
Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _ga_*) are set by Google Analytics only after consent. No other cookies are set by this site. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site cookies and reloading.

By using this site and placing an order you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Azhar Rafiq ("I", "me"), Birmingham, UK.
1. Products
Postcards are original photographs taken by Azhar Rafiq on the University of Birmingham campus. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of Birmingham.
2. Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed only after I verify your payment screenshot. Payment is via Revolut bank transfer. I will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange collection once payment is confirmed.
3. Collection
Postcards are collected in person in Birmingham. I do not currently offer postal delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing via WhatsApp.
4. Refunds & cancellations
If I cannot fulfil your order you will receive a full refund. Once payment is verified and collection is arranged, orders are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
5. Intellectual property
All photographs are © Azhar Rafiq. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute the images without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
This is a small personal shop. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
